Fun Earbuds Exercise – How To Get Use Out Of Your Earbuds

Earbuds are a great fitness gadget but do not expect them to be exercise equipment. They are simply earbuds with a tiny speaker inside of them, designed to give you music while you exercise. The only problem with these earbuds is that they will not work very well unless you exercise. Sure, earbuds can be used when you’re not working out. But if you’re looking to get a good cardio workout with your exercise routine, then earbuds will not give you the kind of sound quality and cardio workout you need.

If you use earbuds while exercising, then all of the strain goes on your neck and upper ear. That’s where most of the strain is, so it is very important to try and avoid this as much as possible. There are many exercises that can be done with earbuds, but not all of them are going to be a good workout for you, even if they work with your earbuds.

One simple exercise to try would be tapping your hands on the table. Now this may not sound too terribly intense, but if you were to do this fifteen times, you would be putting a tremendous amount of pressure on your ears. Try using earbuds. Ten times will probably be more than enough to really get some good use out of your earbuds. This exercise is also great because it works on both sides at once.

Another exercise would be holding a piece of yarn or string between your earbuds. This creates some interesting effects. It looks like your earbuds are getting pushed back into your ear canal, but they are actually being pulled out of your ear canal. When you look up, your ear is the same height as your head. That creates an optical illusion, where objects appear bigger.

Probably the most effective exercise would be doing a power ball or calisthenics (free-weights). Basically you hold onto either an exercise ball or a pair of dumbbells. Then, each time you make a movement with the weights, you move your earbuds in a little closer to your ear canal. Eventually, you can go ahead and remove your earbuds, and see how naturally your ear moves.

These are just a few fun earbuds exercise to try. I would highly suggest that you give them a shot. You might be surprised how much fun these can be. And you’ll find that you can keep those earbuds in all day without really realizing it!
